👋 I’m Beier, CTO and co-founder at Commit.

I have been working as a software engineer for the past 15 years, primarily at startups. In fact, I was the very first engineer at Hootsuite and helped scale the team to over 1000 employees!

As I transitioned to a management role, I discovered a passion for helping other engineers improve their skills and advance in their careers.

That’s why I founded Commit, a platform designed to bridge the career gap that I personally experienced as a startup engineer.
